Why is the Forester, Crosstrek and Outback in high demand?

The updated Subaru Forester, the newly upgraded Subaru Crosstrek, and the new Subaru Outback consistently ranked high in standard all-wheel drive, and topped the ratings for crash safety, utility, fuel economy and all-weather capability.

“The list is occupied by three Subaru small SUVs, including the Forester compact SUV, the Crosstrek subcompact SUV, and the Outback compact sports utility vehicle,” says iSeeCars. “The limited inventory of Subaru models has led to a A 34.1 percent drop in sales in March compared to 2021.

“Both the Crosstrek and Forester are updated for 2022, and dealers have limited stock on these popular models, forcing them to pause Forester orders to help stabilize stock,” Bauer said.
