The following incidents have been reported by Suffolk County Police:

Centric

Walmart’s Middle Country Road in Centereach reported that a well-known male store robber stole two $192 Splatterball game pistols and a $144 Magma skateboard.

CVS on Middle Country Road in Centereach reported thieves on August 9. A man and woman allegedly loaded a shopping cart with Tide cleaner, diapers and paper towels before fleeing the store. The value of the materials was estimated at about $300.

■ Walmart on Middle Country Road in Centerrich called police on August 12 to report that a man allegedly stole $563 worth of groceries with a $145 Roku Express.

comac

■ A resident of Wheatfield Lane in Commack reported that someone broke the window of his parked car in his driveway and stole a wallet on August 13. and credit cards.

Scam alert! A woman carrying groceries in her car at Costco Wholesale’s parking lot on Garet Place in Commack reported Aug. 10 that two men approached her asking for directions and later realized her purse had been stolen from her pocket.

■ Target on Veterans Memorial Highway in Comac reported a shop thief on Aug. 8. A man was said to have stolen three Razor bikes worth $135 each.

■ Target on Comac’s Veterans Memorial Highway reported that a man entered the store on August 11, choosing JBL earphones, Heyday headphones, and Tide Pods. He then picked a backpack to hide the items and allegedly walked out of the store without paying. The value of the materials was estimated at about $240.

■ North Shore Paving on Townline Road in Commack reported that an unidentified man stole a 2,000 Ford F350 from property on August 12. The car, valued at $12,000, was left unlocked with the keys inside.

East Situkit

Walmart, located on Nesconset Highway in East Setauket, reported the theft of two stores on August 11. Two women are said to have stolen cleaning supplies, jewelry, and clothing, valued at about $300.

■ Greenlawn Fine Wines and Liquor on Broadway in Greenlawn reported two store robberies on August 12. A man and a woman stole five different bottles of liquor worth $854.

hoboj

■ A catalytic converter was stolen from a 2006 Honda Accord parked in the driveway of a residence on Helen Street in Hauppauge on August 11. The piece was valued at $800.

grove lake

■ Macy’s at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove reported a petty theft on August 13. A man and a woman stole assorted clothes worth about $930.

Melville

■ A guest checking out the Melville Marriott Long Island on Walt Whitman Road in Melville on August 10 discovered that all four wheels and tires had been stolen from his 2019 BMW X2. The car was found sitting on two cobblestone blocks.

Port Jefferson Station

■ A resident of Jane Avenue. At the Port Jefferson station, she reported that someone got into her car on August 8 and stole cash, cellphone, license and credit cards.

■ A car parked in the driveway of a residence on Julien Road at Port Jefferson Station was broken into on August 8. Two wallets containing driver’s licenses were stolen.

■ Uncle Giuseppe’s Market on Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station reported that a man allegedly filled a shopping cart with $250 worth of assorted beer and ran out of the store without paying on August 12.

rocky point

■ A resident of University Drive in Rocky Point reported that his car was broken into on August 9. Various tools, karate clothes, headphones and money were stolen.

■ Over 50 bags of used clothing were stolen from a PAL clothing donation box in the Stop & Shop parking lot on Route 25A in Rocky Point on August 2. The value of the items was estimated at $900.

■ A resident of Magnolia Drive in Rocky Point reported that on August 9 someone got into his car and stole power tools, hand tools, and a backpack.

James Street

■ Bruno’s garage on Middle Country Road in St. James called the police on August 10 to report that someone had stolen catalytic converters from two cars parked in the parking lot.

■ A resident of Washington Street in St. James reported the theft of a catalytic converter from his 2006 Honda Accord on August 10. Three men are seen getting out of a silver Mercedes sedan, lifting the car with a car winch and cutting the converter off before fleeing.

■ A resident of Allo Court in St. James reported that on August 12 someone walked into his backyard and stole a Dolphin Premier robotic pool cleaner. The value of the equipment was $800.

Selden

Rite Aid on Middle Country Road in Selden reported two thieves on August 9. A man and woman are said to have loaded a shopping cart with paper towels, nappies and baby formula worth approximately $300 before fleeing the store.

■ Two motorcycles, a Suzuki DR200 and a KTM Duke 200, were stolen from the parking lot of Suffolk County Community College on College Road in Selden on August 7.

Cytoket

■ A woman dining at Mario’s Restaurant on Route 25A in Situkit on August 12 discovered that someone had removed a mobile phone, wallet and phone charger from her car.

Smithtown

■ A purple Dodge Charger SRT 392 was stolen from a driveway house on Nisekogo River Road in Smithtown on August 12th. I left the spare keys inside the car, which were worth $60,000.

■Muffler damaged and catalytic converter stolen from 2008 Honda Element A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a 2008 Honda Element parked in the driveway of a residence on Estate Road in Smithtown on August 11.

■ A resident of Brook Court in Smithtown reports that a catalytic converter was stolen from his 2005 Honda Accord and a catalytic converter was stolen from a 2002 Honda Accord parked on New Mill Road in Smithtown on August 12.

Sound Beach

■ Catalytic converters were stolen from a 2001 Honda Accord on Mahogany Road, a 2001 Honda Accord on Rock Hole Lane, and a 2002 Honda Accord on Soundway Drive in Sound Beach on August 7.

■ Catalytic converters were stolen from a 2004 Acura TSX parked on Mitchell Drive and a 2005 Honda Accord parked in the driveway of a residence on Sound Beach Blvd. At Sound Beach on August 8.

Stony Brook

■ A resident of Sanford Lane in Stony Brook reports that someone got into his unlocked car on August 9 and stole a wallet from the center console.

■ A 2021 Toyota Corolla was reported stolen from a driveway residence in Shepherd’s Lane in Stony Brook on August 8. The owner wasn’t sure if the car, valued at $15,000, had been locked down.
