The famous singer Badshah chose his second Lamborghini Urus. Lamborghini Delhi shared photos of the delivery. This is the second Lamborghini Urus that Badshah has purchased in India. Interestingly, Lamborghini has sold more than 200 units of the Urus SUV in the Indian market.
Several photos show Badshah receiving the new Urus from the showroom. The new SUV is finished in a shade of Neo Noctis and also gets beautiful-looking 22-inch wheels in a Nath Diamond finish.
This is not the first Lamborghini Urus owned by Badshah. He already has a used Urus before under the beautiful Russo Anteros. We are not sure why the Badshah would buy a used car and then buy the new one. This may be to avoid the waiting period on the car.
Although there is a long waiting period on the Italian SUV, special customization options can increase the overall waiting time. We’re not sure of any special customizations being made to the car, with custom alloy wheels, Badshah may have picked optional extras of his choice inside the cabin.
Badshah loves luxury cars and also owns a Rolls Royce Wraith. Pick up a Wraith from the used car market, too. Rolls Royce Wraith is quite uncommon in India where most buyers go for the four-door options, which makes it easier for chauffeur-driven celebrities.
He also owns a range of other luxury brand cars including a BMW 640d and a Jaguar sedan. But his BMW has been for sale on the used car market for quite some time. Lots of celebrities have started buying used cars instead of new ones to save money and avoid depreciation.
Launched in 2018, the Lamborghini Urus may not be Lamborghini’s first SUV, as that title goes to the Lamborghini LM002, which was on sale in the 1980s. However, the Urus is more sporty and aggressive in its looks and performance than the not-so-basic and rugged LM002.
The Lamborghini Urus is based on the same platform as other luxury SUVs from the Volkswagen Group, such as the Audi RSQ8, Bentley Bentayga and Porsche Cayenne. However, the Urus is the sportiest in the world.
The 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine that powers all of these SUVs is at its most powerful under the Urus’ hood, with a maximum output of 650 hp and a maximum torque of 850 Nm. This engine is mated to a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. Lamborghini Urus prices start at Rs 3.55 crore in India.
