8 p.m. Friday, Cedar Lake Reserve Cpl. Harry Priest saw a tan Honda CRV speeding north at 13100 Fairbanks Street.
The officer tried to pull Bramwell after seeing him ignoring stop signs. However, Bramwell refused to stop, chasing several neighborhood streets, until he turned around to flee south.
As the chase continued on 133rd Avenue and headed north to Lake Shore Drive, Cedar Lake Cpl. Ryan Miller, Officer Bradley Kamstra, Officer Richard Pennington and Officer Ben King joined in the chase.
