But even if you’re not into Vancouver’s multi-million dollar real estate market, you can still feast your eyes on these architectural dream boats.

These are our top nine lists of the most expensive detached homes in the metro Vancouver area. According to HouseSigma’s home price assessment tool, all of these tools are currently on the market for more than their estimated selling price.

“The average asking price is 14.64% higher than what is estimated to sell the property,” the company explains.

HouseSigma notes that the most expensive residence currently for sale in the area is actually a condominium. It is located in Coal Harbor in Vancouver.

Here are the top nine most expensive detached homes in Metro Vancouver.

1. South Granville House

This home is located at 1188 55TH Ave. In the South Granville area of ​​Vancouver. It is currently listed at $28.88 million, but is estimated to be $25.523,342, according to HouseSigma.

The two-story, 13,188-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and has been on the market for 140 days.
