Mercedes-Benz EQA 2023 price and specifications: the arrival of the EQA350 4Matic

The Mercedes-Benz EQA range has expanded with a groundbreaking all-wheel drive version, with more power and features — but a price tag approaching $100,000 down the road.

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQA350 4Matic The electric SUV has arrived in Australia, with a starting price of $96,900 plus road driving costs.

With all-wheel drive, the EQA350 is $20,300 more than the front-wheel-drive EQA250 — the second-most expensive option in Mercedes-Benz’s small GLA range, behind the petrol-powered, $110,000 AMG GLA45 S.

The new electric variant is powered by the same 66.5 kWh battery pack as the EQA250, but has been upgraded to two electric motors developing 215 kW and 520 Nm together, for 0-100 km/h for 6.0 seconds.

The driving range is rated according to European WLTP standards at “about” 400 km. DC fast charging of up to 100 kW is available.

Over the EQA250, additional features for the EQA350 include the standard AMG Line package, 20-inch wheels, front sport seats with faux leather and suede trim, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree camera.

A limited number of Edition 1 versions will be offered, with blue and rose gold accents, unique upholstery and wheels, backlit interior trim, and more — for an additional $3,900.
