The Dollar Tree makes organizing this space easy, and hacker Kathryn says these six items will do the trick.
Catherine runs the YouTube channel Do It On A Dime.
In one video, she’s covered all the $1.25 items you need from Dollar Tree to tidy up your pantry.
It also includes the different ways you can use each to keep things neat, tidy, and accessible.
“These dollar tree tricks will amaze you,” she says.
The first step is to get rid of the product packaging and bags.
Catherine recommends getting a few Sure Fresh Professional oval dry food containers with lids to put your snacks in.
These containers come in different sizes.
When disposing of beverage cans, Catherine says you should try this trick.
“Open your box on both ends to push your cans out. This is a really easy way to organize your pantry and quickly,” she reveals.
Next, get a plant cart and line it up with a stacking white plastic laundry basket.
This DIY is the perfect movable storage container for the pantry bottom.
Dollar Tree Plus also sells large container baskets that you can use for storage underneath.
Katherine also suggests getting a canister organizer or similar item for Essentials White Wire Step storage shelves, and attaching them to a wire shelf in your pantry.
Finally, you can take the plastic cabinet boxes with handles and install them in the drawers with the label sticker.
“If you can’t see it, you won’t eat it. So make it easy on yourself,” she says.
Catherine’s tricks were successful among viewers.
“Okay, I love the idea of attaching zippers to bobbins for plants! Cool,” one woman wrote.
Another DIY fan commented, “Love the way you attached the organizer to wire shelves! I hate these shelves, but as a renter, I’m stuck with it. I’m stealing this idea this weekend! Thank you!”
