GTA Online weekly update benefits merchants and offers free vehicles

It’s been Thursday, which means that another update for GTA Online has just been released from the Rockstar Games pipeline. The June 16 update mainly focuses on merchants’ tasks, specifically those involving imports and exports along with specialty merchandise. Players can get executive rewards, double the GTA$ and RP, on these missions. Of course, in order to reap the maximum benefits from the rewards, players must be CEO in order to have the ability to buy and sell special goods. They will also need to own a vehicle warehouse to participate in import/export sales missions. The double rewards in these missions are valid until June 22nd, so start stacking those deals ASAP.

The update also includes two free vehicles, one of which is the Armored Karin Kuruma and the other is the Grotti Turismo Classic. The former is simply free for any player who visits Southern San Andreas Super Autos before June 23rd and the latter is this week’s Ride Prize. To claim the prize, players must head to the LS Car Meet and place in the top five in meet-up races for four consecutive days. If players complete the Prize Ride Challenge early, they can stay in the LS Car Meet and test drive three other Grotti cars, the Itali RSX, Furia, and X80 Proto. These vehicles will also be discounted for players to purchase if they wish.

Finally, if players feel really lucky, they can head to Diamond Casino & Resort to try their hand at the Lucky Wheel. This week’s grand prize is the Grotti Turismo R, an upgraded version of the Turismo Classic that players can claim through the Prize Ride Challenge. The Turismo R is only available in the Lucky Wheel until June 22nd, so be sure to claim your free spin every day until then.

Armored vehicle Karin Kuruma is free for all players until June 22.

Staying on the theme of vehicles and races, GTA Online players can claim double their GTA$ and RP on Premium Deluxe Repo Work or Simeon Contact Missions. Talk to Simeon to start one of those missions. Players can also earn double rewards by competing in Top Fun or Sumo (Remix) races.

The latest news in this update are the exclusive offers for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S. Players on these units can visit Hao’s Special Works to test drive the Grotti Turismo Classic and complete a new time trial.
