Now according to recent reports, the famous cricketer has added another vintage four-wheeled chariot to his growing collection. Yes, Dhoni recently won a bid for a 1971 Land Rover Series Station Wagon at an online event held by Big Boy Toyz.
While the exact bid amount has yet to be revealed, the car is quite the catch. The Land Rover Series 3 Station Wagon cricketer’s bag has a yellow and white dual-tone finish and is a rare vehicle.
It was among the most popular cars ever made by the British automaker in the Land Rover series. Due to the famous car craze, the automaker built more than 440,000 units of the Series 3 Station Wagon between 1971 and 1985 itself.
During that time, customers had the option to purchase the vehicle from a variety of engines, such as the 2.3-liter four-cylinder petrol engine and the 3.5-liter V8.
Now this four wheeler vehicle will give way to the cricketer’s garage in Ranchi.
The former Team India captain already owns some majestic beauties like the Porche 911, which is valued at around Rs 2.50 crore and the classic Pontiac Firebird Trans Am he added to his collection in 2020 for Rs 68,000.

This is the most expensive set of wheels the actor owns. However, the actor has not officially confirmed his possession to anyone.
But if the reports are to be believed, this sports car is part of the luxury SRK range of cars and is priced around Rs 12 crore. Here’s the interesting part, the car is no longer in production and was discontinued in 2015.
BMW i8
In 2016, the actor added a BMW i8 to his collection. The price of the hybrid sports car is approximately Rs 2 crore. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds.
It uses a 1.5 liter three-cylinder petrol unit paired with an electric motor. Notable celebrities like Sachin Tendulkar, Mukush Ambani and Shilpa Shetty also own a BMW i8 as well.
Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe
This is another luxury car in the actor’s fleet of cars. The Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe has to be one of the most stylish car models ever made by Rolls-Royce.
This car is priced around Rs 7 crore and has a 6.8 liter V12 petrol engine that puts out 460 HP.
Bentley Continental GT
This car is the perfect blend of luxury and sportiness and is considered one of the most elusive cars in the world. The Bentley Continental GT costs around Rs 4 crore and is powered by a 4.0 liter V8 biturbo engine that generates around 500 hp.
Apart from SRK, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has a Bentley Continental GT in his garage as well.
