Finally, your dream of never having to deal with another peddler door to door can come true. Say ta ta to cheaters or healers and Jehovah’s Witnesses too. Because unless they have a boat, or hovercraft, they can’t bother you at your new address 1 Bald Eagle Island.
There are no companies for this exclusive new listing in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, because this quaint home, just 20 minutes northeast of the Twin Cities, comes with its own 2.3-acre island.
“It’s a memorial property,” current owner Nathan Landucci told The Post.
He listed Bald Eagle Island earlier this month and had already done some shows. Zillow explains that he only paid $900,000 for it in 2016.

So how did Landucci come up with the asking price of $6.6 million?
“It completely destroyed the place from top to bottom,” the CEO of Landucci Homes explained.
The original owners, Nick and Jan van Brent, built an eye-catching oasis, where they raised two sons, in 1985. After 30 years of living in the middle of Bald Eagle Lake, they replaced the Big Island in Hawaii. Enter Landucci.
The builder has been working on four new additions – bringing the total square footage to just under 10,000 square feet. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home now includes a state-of-the-art sound system, two bars, a professional home theater and a league-sized tennis court. It also comes with a beach garage, berths and hovercraft.
“You need hovercraft to get to shore during the transition period,” Landucci said.
By that, Landucci means there are a few weeks on both ends of winter before boating becomes possible. From January to March the snow is thick enough to travel by car. However, good luck getting Amazon to deliver your packages.
On the plus side, there are no HOA fees – only about $25,000 per year in property taxes. If that’s too much, don’t lose hope. Private Islands Online currently has over 1,000 private islands for sale.
The company’s chief operating officer, Sabah Maimon, says they have several listings in the US for less than $500,000.
“Buyers may be able to find something for under $100,000.” auspicious said
